My journey to where I am now was anything but a straight line. In fact, it was filled with unexpected twists and turns...
Growing up, the concept of becoming a coach was foreign to me. My initial vision was more traditional - perhaps rising to the top of a large organization. Ambition was never in short supply.
As the child of hardworking parents, I was instilled with the belief that a stable job was the key to success.
I aimed high - striving for influence, prestige, and financial security. So, I followed the 'expected' path: I dedicated myself to academics, securing a place at a prestigious university and choosing a 'safe' major, all in pursuit of a secure, lifelong career.
By my mid-20s, I found myself in a significant role, managing substantial responsibilities. Externally, it seemed like I had it all - a lucrative salary, a comfortable lifestyle, and the pride of my family.
But internally, I felt unfulfilled. I grew weary of the monotonous routine, the sacrifices of personal time, and the sense that my true potential was being underutilized. Was I really going to spend my life working towards someone else's vision?
The realization hit me - I was living out someone else's dream, not my own.
I knew I wanted to make a difference, but on my terms. I yearned for more from my career and life. I was convinced there was more to professional fulfillment than a conventional 9-to-5.
Thus, I took the leap and started my own venture. Initially, it began with sharing the skills I had mastered in my corporate life.
(As you can see, my success didn't happen overnight.)
What set my journey apart was the approach I took...
And then, something remarkable happened.
I generated $106K in sales in just 4 months, all while maintaining my 9-to-5 job.
For the first time in my professional life, I felt a deep sense of passion and fulfillment from my work - emotions that had eluded me in my conventional career.
Just seven months after I finally left my job, my coaching business soared, surpassing a million dollars in sales.
